Reading our graph is a static file. Indexing a repository is a full walk of it, an import graph, a function index and a similarity pass over every unit against every other. That is a real marginal cost, it is the thing a professional will pay for, and it is where the gate goes.

An unchanged repository costs nothing to re-index

Re-indexing is content-hashed, so a repo that has not changed is not walked again. That is a real saving and it is passed on rather than pocketed.

Folded into the memberships

The Atlas plan is folded into Starter, Pro and Unlimited, so nobody on this platform buys two subscriptions to get one thing.
